Costa Rica Unplugged

A special photo edition of our Costa Rica holiday!

We took over 2000 photo's and it's been a tough task choosing which ones to share with you. Even with the about 120 photos already posted, not everything we saw is represented and it's difficult to get an idea of what it is really like in the forest.

We hope you enjoy this bumper blog edition!
In no particular order and please forgive us for not knowing the name of every birds, animal, and plant.

Boibs at Poas Volcano.

The above 5 photos are at the La Paz Waterfall Garden.

A pink flower that turns blue with heat.

A 10 000 Costa Rica Colones bank note.

A yellow eyelash viper.

A pansy shell on the beach at Tortuguero.

Apparently the sting of this caterpillar is worse than 10 bullet ants together.
