It’s that time again. Time for a new adventure!
After an amazing two years in South America the time has come for us to
leave Brazil. What started as an 8 – 10 month project has stretched into 2
years of great port design and project management experience for Justin, almost constant
sunshine, and unforgettable travel memories. All of which we do not regret and
would do again (maybe we’ll skip on the visa hassles).
As Chaucer so famously said, all good things must come to end. But we
also know there are so many more good things still to come. As sad as we are to
be leaving our wonderful new friends, the glorious sun and beaches, Havaianas,
and self-serve ice-cream; we are also excited by the things that lie ahead. We are
not always sure what these things are, but we are sure that they will be good
and plentiful.
First up we will be enjoying a well-deserved and much needed month long
holiday road tripping through South Africa visiting friends and family along
the way. Hope to see you there SA peeps! Jam packed blog posts are sure to follow.
Thereafter we will be looking for new adventures and travel opportunities
in a different part of the world. Some options are in the pipeline and we hope
it will be finalised soon. Watch this space! Vote here for where you would like

I am the first to admit that I suffer from FOMO since I often feel like we
could travel and see more and get frustrated with seemingly wasted
opportunities (insert sympathy for my husband here). As we’ve been reflecting
on the last two years and the places we have been privileged to go, I have realised
that the list is not as short as I would like to think. Enjoy this selection of
photos from our travels around South America over the last two years.

I can't believe it's been 2 years already-- feels like we were just saying goodbye in Delft. It must feel amazing to look back at that spread of photos you posted-- I know I feel that way about the pictures from our years in Europe. Can't wait to see where next!
